page lists all the new libraries that are available for sale at the
BAC/EST resource center.
New libraries can be ordered through our Ordering Website at www.genome.arizona.edu/orders |

Rearrayed
Libraries: This page displays all the rearrayed libraries
that are available for sale by AGI. In addition to displaying information
related to each library, it also allows users to download a mapping
file. This file has a complete list of the source clones and their
destination in the rearrayed plates. |

Library
Manifests: AGI has a considerable number of libraries that
have been donated by various organizations and it is responsible for
maintaining and distributing these resources to the genomic community
on a non-profit basis. There is a lot of biological history associated
with each of these libraries, which are contained in text files which
were passed on to us along with the libraries. Our main purpose of
coming up with this web page, is to allow people to view and download
these original manifests of biological information. |

AGI
Library Naming Convention: This web page explains the individual
characters that make up the AGI library name. It also lists the various
types of libraries that are constructed by AGI. |

BAC
Address Calculator: The
BAC address calculator is useful for quickly and accurately obtaining
BAC plate addresses from 4 x 4 duplicated, spotted BAC's; as produced
by AGI ( Arizona Genomics
Institute) and CUGI (Clemson
University Genomics Institute). |
