This Macropus eugenii (wallaby) BAC library has an average insert size of 166kb (Genome size: 3500Mb) covering 11 genome equivalents. It was constructed by M. Luo at AGI. It was constructed in the HindIII site of pCUGIBAC1 and contains 250368 clones. ( 652 plates) (13 filters per set) The library can also be referred to as wallaby.
