The Rice Transposable Elements Database in online!

We are happy to announce that the Rice Transposable Elements Database (RiTE-db) is publicly available at http://www.genome.arizona.edu/rite/. It collects data from existing and original analyses, including de novo RepeatExplorer libraries from 13 species and a collection of full-length elements from 6 TE superfamilies isolated from 11 genome assemblies. RiTE-db contains more than 260,000 sequences that can be browsed, used for blast or downloaded for your local masking or genomic analyses. If you are using it, please cite our paper "RiTE database: a resource database for genus-wide rice genomics and evolutionary biology"
