AGI is expanding its team with a Bioinformatician

We are hiring! Together with the Wheeler Lab (http://wheelerlab.org/) we are looking for an experienced bioinformatician.
The main tasks will be revolving around assembling and annotating eukaryotic genomes, from planning the data generation to interfacing with software developers. Previous experience with genome assembly and using computational tools is essential.
